Since inception, Lanjan has employed over 50 Laotians during construction, operations, renovation and restoration

Currently, Lanjan employs over 30 Laotians, majority female, from many communities, in Vientiane, and other provinces via the Marcelline & San Homeweaver and Outgrower Programs
